Dec 30 – Jan 30  APPLICATION Period Open:  Complete this APPLICATION form and submit by January 30 of the trip year to be considered as a team member. (If you’ve traveled with us on a LAUGHH Mission Trip within the past two years and would like to apply again, please use this SHORT FORM to apply.)  $25 application fee applies.

Jan 30 – Feb 28  – APPLICATION REVIEW by executive board

March 1 – March 15 – NOTIFICATION of team members

March 15-30 – ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS for selected team members:

$100.00 minimum Donation Fee  (check is the preferred method of payment) to go towards supplies/meds
Travel itinerary Due no later than May 1 (2017: Arrive on Thursday, July 13 OR before NOON on Friday, July 14; Depart July 22 or 23) In addition, the following items need submission by clinicians (MD, DO, PA, DDS, NP, RN, PT, Pharmacist):

2017 Trip Dates

July 13 – Team members arrive in BUCARAMANGA (Airport code: BGA)

July 22 or 23 – Team members depart (recommend afternoon or evening departures on 22nd, anytime on 23rd)
