TIMELINE:

Oct 1 – Dec 1, 2018  Returning Volunteer APPLICATION Period Open:
If you’ve traveled with us on a LAUGHH Mission Trip within the past two years and would like to apply again, please use this SHORT FORM to apply.  $25 application fee applies.

Nov 1 – Dec 1, 2018  New Volunteer APPLICATION Period Open:Complete this NEW VOLUNTEER APPLICATION form and submit by December 1 of the year prior to the trip year to be considered as a team member. $25 application fee applies.

Dec 1 – Dec 10, 2018  – APPLICATION REVIEW by executive board

Dec 10 – 31, 2018 – NOTIFICATION of team members

April 1, 2019 – ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS for selected team members:

$100.00 minimum Donation Fee  (check is the preferred method of payment) to go towards supplies/meds
Travel itinerary  (TENTATIVE for 2019: Arrive on or before Thursday, June 27 and Depart on or after July 6

In addition, the following items need to be submitted by clinicians (MD, DO, PA, DDS, NP, RN, PT, Pharmacist):
